To say something is underway or about to happen, use olla + -massa/-mässä: oon lähdössä = I'm about to leave, se on tulossa = they're on their way. For plans, 'mä aion' = I'm going to. Add 'just' for right now / just about.
Mä oon just lähdössä. = I'm just about to leave.
Se on tulossa ihan kohta. = They'll be here any minute.
Mä aion hakee uutta duunii. = I'm going to apply for a new job.
