Finland is casual, but the formal you (te + plural verb) still earns respect with elderly people, in customer service, and in official calls: Voisitteko auttaa? = Could you (formally) help? Knowing when to switch - and how to ask permission to switch back (sopiiks, et mä sinuttelen?) - is real C1 skill.
Anteeksi, voisitteko auttaa hetken? = Excuse me, could you help for a moment?
Käykö teille torstai? = Does Thursday work for you?
